Short Biography:
He received the B.Sc. and M.Sc. degrees from the Faculty of Engineering, Ain Shams University, Cairo, Egypt, in 1984 and 1989, and the Ph.D. degree from the IRCOM, Limoges, France, in 1994. From 1986 to 1989, he was engaged as a Researcher and a Lecturer Assistant with the Department of Electronics and Communications Engineering, Ain Shams University. From 1989 to 1990, he was a member of LEMO Laboratory, Grenoble, France, where he worked on the fabrication of Fresnel lenses using ionic exchange on glass. From 1994 to January 1997, he was an Assistant Professor with the Faculty of Engineering, Department of Electronics and Communications, Ain Shams University. From January 1997 to August 2008, he was as an Assistant Professor with the Telecom and Information College, Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. From August 2008 to July 2011, he was an Assistant Professor with the Faculty of Engineering, Electronics and Communications Department, Ain Shams University. From July 2011 to November 2013, he was an Associate Professor with the Faculty of Engineering, Electronics
and Communications Department, Ain Shams University. Since November 2013, he has been an Associate Professor with the Faculty of Engineering, Electronics and communications Department, Imam Mohammad Ibn Saud Islamic University.
